RAMMEL CLUB #19 is on Friday 28th May
STELLAR OM SOURCE / HEM / MODULATOR ESP

STELLAR OM SOURCE (nl)

Gliding into Nottingham on a liquid sunshine lilo, comes Christelle Gualdi a Dutch musician with a horde of analogue synths intent on illuminating your mind with her deep tone explorations. Illustrious blurb writers of the land have previously compared her sound to Terry Riley, Alice Coltrane and Ryuichi Sakamoto so get ready to be enveloped in a warm, intricate sound bath and confront your inner dork.

HEM

Perhaps better known as feted dubstep producer Geoim (read last month’s Wire!), Hem is Kamal Joory’s more experimental electronic project. Previous releases on Staalplaat and collaborations with Nacht Plank involved the mangling of children’s toys and found cassettes so we leave you to guess what tonight’s rare performance will bring!

MODULATOR ESP

Regular Rammel Club attendees should need no introduction to the Modulator, as his cosmic synth excursions have previously softened the frontal lobes in preparation for such acts as Emeralds but if you haven’t yet had the pleasure then expect a voyage into the star speckled cosmos with only the holographic images of Vangelis and John Carpenter for company.
